Executive Leadership


Chico Moline­­ - President
Chico Moline is the President of PAE’s National Security Solutions business unit.  In this position, Chico leads a team of approximately 6,000 employees who provide counter-threat solutions, business process outsourcing, adjudication support services and full life cycle support for complex legal matters.  He also serves as the Chairman of the Board for PAE ISR and Vice Chairman of the Board for Battlespace Flight Services.

Before joining PAE in June 2017, Chico served as the Senior Vice President and General Manager of IT & Network Communication Services for Vectrus.  He was responsible for the full spectrum of IT and network services, including all aspects of profit and loss within the portfolio, engineering, operations and maintenance, and management for a wide range of global data and communication network operations.

Prior to his work at Vectrus, Chico was the Vice President and General Manager for all IT service programs at Harris.  His previous experience also includes serving as the Vice President overseeing the Defense Sector and Senior Director for Navy programs. He also held a position on the AFCEA DC Board.

Chico earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Richmond and a Master of Business Administration from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech).


Chris Corgnati­­ – Chief Operating Officer
Chris Corgnati is the Chief Operating Officer of PAE ISR, LLC.  In this position, Chris leads a team of engineers that develop and build the Resolute Eagle, an industry leading Group 3 unmanned aerial system (UAS). He also leads our operations teams, which deploy UAS services in support of U.S. military and government efforts.

Before joining PAE ISR in February 2018, Chris served as the Vice President of NASA and DoD Programs for Crown Consulting, Inc.  He was responsible for leading a team of subject matter experts performing research and analysis supporting NASA’s Aeronautics Research Mission Directorate.  He was responsible for profit and loss, and led the stand up of two new business units increasing corporate revenue by 25%.

Prior to his work at Crown, Chris was the U.S. Navy’s Director of Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Programs responsible for the requirements and resources supporting a $2.5 billion annual portfolio that included all current and future Navy UAS programs.  He retired after 25 years of Naval Service and 3,000 hours flying the venerable P-3C Orion.

Chris earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Villanova University and a Master of Science degree in Information Technology Management from the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, California.


Beth Beach - Vice President of Business Development

Beth Beach has nearly 25 years of leadership and experience in every facet of business development—consistently delivering corporate growth and mission success. Ms. Beach is most adept at building high performing teams that develop solutions to address difficult customer challenges, improve processes, increase delivery efficiency and effectiveness, and drive positive shareholder value. She possesses a unique blend of demonstrated strategic and annual business planning and execution experience, hands-on business development expertise in all phases of the BD lifecycle, and business operations and management acumen across diverse business environments. She has led a variety of business development opportunities supporting the US Army, US Air Force, US Navy, DISA, FAA, NASA, NOAA, USGS, and several DHS components.

In her current role as PAE ISR’s Vice President of Business Development, Ms. Beach is responsible for leading military, civilian, and commercial sales and services for the Resolute Eagle, PAE ISR’s unmanned aerial system (UAS). She manages business development resources, establishes the strategic vision and new business objectives for the company, provides guidance to her team, and defines and institutes best practices.

Ms. Beach joined PAE ISR in August 2017 from Vectrus, where she led the business development team for the IT and Network Communication Services division. Prior to Vectrus, she performed a variety of line leadership and business development roles for several companies, including CSRA, Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), TASC (now Engility), General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT), and a number of small businesses.

Ms. Beach graduated magna cum laude from Albion College with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science.


Jake Jacobs - Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Jacobs is a Navy Veteran, and has 21 years of operational and unmanned experience working with the Department of Defense, and various other domestic and foreign government agency customers. In his current role as PAE ISR’s Chief Technology Officer (CTO), he is responsible for the technology strategy, vision, and roadmap for the company.

Jake joined PAE ISR in August 2016 from PARADIGMisr, where he led all sales and marketing for CHS Agriculture Inc.’s commercial agriculture intelligence operations.

Prior to PARADIGMisr, he performed a variety of executive leadership and business development roles for several companies, including Insitu, PMA-263 FMS Program Office, Textron Systems Unmanned Systems (was AAI) and ISR Group (now Merlin Global Services).  

Jake is a tactical UAS pilot accumulating over 3,000 flight hours on multiple overseas combat land and maritime UAS deployments.


Joseph (Joe) Sartiano - Director of Enterprise Operations

Joe is the Director of Enterprise Operations for PAE ISR. In this position, Joe is responsible for all flight operations, training, mission support, deployments, and program manager for awarded government contracts.

Before joining PAE ISR, Joe served as the Director of Performance Excellence at PAE and helped develop PAE organizational standards and metrics for all PAE programs. Previous positions ranged from Director of Operations to the Director of a Department of Defense Task Force that provided the DoD and Services options to reduce the consumption of fossil fuel during operational deployments.

Joe retired from United States Army in 2008, following 24 years as an Armored Cavalry Officer. His last two duty positions were as a NATO Corps Operations Officer in Istanbul, Turkey and as the Director of Executive Communications and Control at the Pentagon, managing directed activities and actions from the Secretary of the Army, Assistant Secretary of the Army, Chief of Staff, Army and Vice Chief of Staff, Army.

Joe earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, a master’s degree in Strategic Studies from the National War College, and a master’s degree from Central Michigan University in General Administration.
